Summary
You will serve as an analyst and audit liaison for the Federal Transit Administration, analyzing and presenting data in response to program audits from the Office of Inspector General and the Government Accountability Office. Responsibilities include managing audit liaison activities, performing ad-hoc data analysis, and communicating across the organization.
Major duties
- As a Senior Transportation Data Analyst (Audit Liaison), you will: Manage audit liaison activities and coordinate organizational responses to internal and external audits and oversight reviews. Perform ad-hoc data analyses, develop reports and presentations, and communicate results as assigned. Support Office of Policy Review and Development activities as assigned, including drafting and reviewing documents, and tracking deliverables. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with audits and oversight engagements, communicating and collaborating across organizational boundaries, managing projects independently, and working in an environment with a diverse portfolio of assignments.

Appointment will be subject to the applicant's successful completion of the security investigation and favorable adjudication. Failure to meet these requirements will be grounds for termination. PROBATIONARY PERIOD: Applicants may be required to successfully complete a one-year probationary period (unless already completed).
