Summary
About the Position: Performs Training Analysis and Feedback (TAF) duties to support rotational unit training within Operations Group at the National Training Center (NTC) Fort Irwin CA. This position provides support to rotational unit training through battle tracking, real time monitoring, data collection, computer operations and training analysis functions.
Major duties
- Provide feedback and situational awareness in support of rotational unit training.
- Conduct real-time monitoring in order to provide tracking, data collection, computer operations, and training analysis for warfighting functions.
- Gather data in order to analyze and provide observations from an instrumentation system and field Observer Controllers to assimilate data into useable information for After Action Reviews (AARs), Take Home Packages, and other output products.
- Analyze training data to make recommendations for improvement or changes that will enhance attainability of training mission objectives.
Education
