Summary
You will serve as a TRAINING SPECIALIST in the Nuclear Engineering and Planning Department of PSNS and IMF.
Major duties
- You will develop, coordinate, and administer training as required by local and corporate guidelines, directives, and process instructions.
- You will document and track training to ensure initial qualifications are attained and existing qualifications are maintained.
- You will facilitate continuous learning and development of employees.
- You will utilize communication skills to engage employees, present training, coordinate with subject material experts, brief management, and collaborate with external groups.
- You perform self-assessments and improve training products.
