Summary
You will serve as a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR SAN DIEGO.
Major duties
- You will analyze supply operations and comply with established standards using Navy ERP, NALCOMIS logistics systems, and Financial and Air Clearance Transportation System platforms to reconcile inventory and clear discrepancies.
- You will inspect work in progress and completed work across receiving, storage, and shipping to enforce compliance with policies, investigate deficiencies, and execute corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
- You will provide oral and written guidance during data collection and facilitate workforce development through on-the-job training (OJT), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), desk guides, and directives.
- You will prioritize daily workflow to meet operational targets, coordinate pickups and deliveries across site divisions, and administer supply purchases and system access requests.
- You will perform a full range of supply duties, including cyclical inventory counts, variance investigations, documentation management, and continuous process improvement based on team and customer feedback.
Education
