Where will the reply come?

We reply to the email you write in the form. We answer as soon as we review it, and requests with a legal deadline, such as privacy requests, are handled within that deadline. If you are signed in, you can also continue in [Messages](/account/messages).

How do I report a suspicious job?

Choose 'Report a job or a data error' and include the job's address. Jobs that ask for an application or training fee, or for your Social Security number or bank details up front, are checked first. See also [job scam warning signs](/en/news/job-scam-warning-signs).

I want our company logo removed, or our jobs no longer collected.

Choose 'Company logo or trademark (remove or replace)' and write the company name and your request. We act promptly on removing or replacing a logo or name, and on stopping collection from your company's careers site.

I want to see or delete my personal data.

Choose 'Privacy request'. Requests to access, copy, correct or delete are logged and handled within 30 days. If you are signed in you can also use [Privacy & data](/account/privacy). Details are in the [Privacy Policy](/en/privacy).

I want to cancel or get a refund.

In [Payments](/account/payments), press 'Request cancellation / refund' on that payment. Before the start date the refund is in full; after it starts there is no refund. Requests are reviewed by a person — nothing is refunded automatically.

How do I book an ad or promote a job?

Both are online. To move your job post to the top, open [My jobs](/account/jobs) and press 'Promote' next to the job. To advertise your business, use [Book a banner ad](/en/advertise#banner). For anything else, choose 'Advertising or partnership'.

How do I verify my company?

Verify with your company email in [Company page & verification](/account/company) to get the verified employer badge. If your sign-in email is on the company website's domain, it is verified right away. No company email? Tell us through this form.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete it in [Privacy & data](/account/privacy). If you cannot sign in, choose 'Privacy request' and include the email you signed up with.
