AI Vision Inspection Member

Job Summary:
Operate vision AI inspections and improve AI performance through analysis of false negatives and false positives.
In addition, conduct defect analysis on NG types (actual defects) to drive process improvements (root cause analysis).
Improve inspection consiste4cy through vision OP workforce management and training/education activities.
Key responsibilities:
- Vision AI inspection management ( ATIS, AXIS, F-XRAY, etc)
- AI performance improvement through analysis of AI false negatives and false positives.
- Promote process improvement by analyzing actual defect NG types (root cause analysis).
- Monitoring of AI false negative/false positive rate trends.
- Identify overlooked root causes and establish improvement countermeasures when quality issues occur.
- Vision OP workforce management, Enhance capabilities through education and training.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Vision inspection-related tasks, quality-related task, and defect analysis.
- 3+ years of experience in Vision inspection, quality, defect analysis.
- Experience with Spotfire, Minitab, ATIS, AXIS, or similar programs.
- Candidates with leadership or managerial experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and team work skills
This is a full-time position (Monday -Friday, 8:00 AM -5:00 PM)
